My mission is to provide comprehensive, evidence-based pelvic floor physical therapy for pregnant and postpartum moms in a supportive, compassionate space so you feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal, rebuild strength, and trust your body again.

Who I help

  • I help pregnant and postpartum moms heal pain, rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, and return to daily life and exercise with confidence.

  • I help pregnant moms prepare for labor and delivery with evidence-based, science backed approach through movement and physiological births.

  • I help women who have had children recently and those who experienced childbirth many years ago.

Spring Pelvic Therapy Method

RESET
We start by calming your system. Pregnancy, birth, stress, and daily life can leave your pelvic floor, core, hip and low back overworked, tight, or disconnected. In this phase, we focus on reducing pain and tension, improving breathing and posture, and helping your body feel safe and supported again.

REBUILD
Once your body is ready, we build strength in a safe, supported way. This phase restores functional core and pelvic floor strength so you can move, lift, exercise, and care for your body with confidence—without leaking, pain, or pressure.

RENEW
This is where everything comes together. We integrate your strength into real life—parenting, workouts, intimacy, and everyday movement. The goal is long-term resilience, trust in your body, and the tools to support your pelvic health for years to come.

My method at Spring Pelvic Therapy isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about sustainable healing that supports you through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Physical therapy during pregnancy can help with common aches like low back pain and pelvic pain , improve mobility, and prepare your body for birth. With gentle exercises, posture support, and pelvic floor training, PT can make pregnancy more comfortable and build strength and confidence for delivery and recovery. I am happy to work with your doula, midwife, OB and other support people as well. I will instruct you in labor and deliver prep with education on pelvic and hip mobility, releasing pelvic floor muscles and push prep.
